Mr. Boyce F. Grindstaff Dear Mr. Grindstaff I would like to take this opportunity to share with you how impressed I am with your store, its employees and your dedication to your customers. Almost one year ago we bought two upholstered Pennsylvania House chairs, a matching Pennsylvania House ottoman, a Hooker entertainment center and leather Hancock & Moore recliner from your store. Nancy Burns helped us choose each item and did a wonderful job matching the fabrics, colors and styles with the furniture we already had. When the entertainment center arrived with a manufacturer’s defect (split in door) you bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied and had the entire entertainment center replaced. Six months later, when the leather chair developed a tear on its back where it reclines, you had this chair replaced too. Recent media reports have criticized the furniture industry for having poor satisfaction. My experience with Grindstaff’s Interiors has been anything but poor. To replace not one, but two items, one of which was six months old, can only be described as exceptional customer service. I must also thank you delivery staff for their patience during this time. I have two school-age children and work part-time causing my schedule to be different each day. Donna was so kind to work with me on finding a time that your crew could deliver and pick-up the furniture. When we decided that we needed new furniture last year Grindstaff’s was the only furniture store we went to because of its impeccable reputation in the Shelby/Kings Mountain area.
