I have some good news! . . . (For a change)

The replacement bed arrived this morning and it looks just great.
It matches the rest of the bedroom set wonderfully.

I want to thank both of you and Grindstaff's for your perseverance and
integrity.
It has been a long recovery, but you gave me the confidence through the
process that the situation would be resolved.

There is certainly some initial concern whenever you deal with a company at
such a distance, but you responded to my concerns and sheltered me from
dealing with the manufacturer.  You successfully achieved the objective
quality and customer satisfaction and I would definately recommend your
company to others.

Again, thank you from a very happy customer.
